Hi I'm Ashleigh!
 
I live in Kawartha Lakes, with my husband, two kids and dog. I work at the Cornerstone Wellness Centre in Cannington. I have been working as a Naturopath since 2015, and have had the pleasure of working with some pretty amazing people in that time. I completed my Bachelors of Science degree in biology and chemistry at Wilfrid Laurier University, and then completed my Naturopathic degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. I am a registrant of the The College of Naturopaths of Ontario.

As the years pass, I am always learning new things and changing the way I practice. However, my core philosophy remains the same. I believe that small consistent changes are the key to big change. I believe that the solution to a problem may be more simple than it seems. And I believe that healing begins with connection. It begins when you feel seen, when your concerns are validated and taken seriously. So it is with building this connection, that my work begins. I work very hard to build an environment that is comfortable and free of shame, a place that is safe, non-judgmental and open to everyone. I am always trying to learn more, and do better, so that the wonderful people who walk through my office door can feel better!
